outreach + in the news
I enjoy developing tools for detecting and vetting signals found in the TESS data that are useful for both professional astronomers as well as citizen scientists. I also over to spread to joy of planet hunting and talking about my work to a wide range of audiences - be in in person at public events or via our online video series. Check out some my latest public engagements bellow.

Together with a fantastic team based at NASA Ames, we started a focused initiative to make science more accessible to the general-public. In brief, we create and provide free online materials, tools, and the knowledge needed to engage the public in scientific research related to planetary science. The tools consist of interactive coding notebooks, tutorial videos and live 'office-hours'. Find out more at our website at www.planethunters.coffee

Sometimes I write blog posts about things other than exoplanets. In this case I didn't venture far and talk about our own planets.

A recount of what life was like when I went observing in La Palma can be found in a series of blog posts.
